| 摘 要： | 本文总结我院自1965年～1985年间恶性卵巢肿瘤146例行术后放射治疗,其中年轻妇女46例,其特点是以生殖细胞瘤为多,共27例,占58.69%,而生殖细胞瘤中又以无性细胞瘤多见,共21例,占77%。因生殖细胞瘤对放射治疗比较敏感,就是有较广泛的淋巴道转移,亦应积极采取术后放疗,可以提高生存率。本文总结46例术后放疗,其5年生存率为52.17%(24/46),较一般文献报告为高。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the post-operation radiotherapy on 146 cases of malignant ovarioneus from 1965 to 1985. 45 cases out of 146 are young women with 27 cases of germinoma, which is 58. 6% among 46 cases. Among 27 cases of germinoma, 21 cases, that is 77%, are dysgerminoma. Because germinoma is sensitive to the radiotherapy, post-operation radiotherapy should be conducted to inerease the immortality rate, though germinoma is widely spread to lymphatic ducts. Ihe paper studies the 46 cases of malignant ovarioncus with post-operation radiotherapy and concludes that the survival rate for 5 years is 52.17% (24/46), whieh is comparatively higher than those reported in other reports. |
