摘    要:某车用柴油机改型为船用,排气管相应地由风冷改成水冷。本文对原机进行了模拟计算和实验校核。在此基础上,对改用水冷单排气总管的机型进行模拟计算,对排气管结构,进、排气阀正时对柴油机运行的影响进行了分析。实验研究表明:采用单排气总管增压系统,新的机型能够满足功率要求,在低工况下燃油经济也较好。

Abstract:A vehicle engine was remodeled for marine use,and accordingly,it's air-cooled exhaust manifold is changed to a water-cooled one.In this paper,the analogy computation and experimental investigation on the original engine was carried out,based on which,the performance of the remodeled one adopting a single exhaust manifold turbocharged system was calculated.Further experiments show that the power of the remodeled engine is acceptable and the fuel efficiency under low load is good.
