| 摘 要： | 半个世纪以来,男性不育患者的比例有升高趋势,但其病因和发病机制仍未完全阐明。本文结合我们的部分研究成果,概括介绍男性不育机制的部分研究热点,着重介绍精索静脉曲张、甲醛及男性不育相关基因与男性不育的可能关系。
