聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土工作性及强度性能研究

摘    要:研究了不同体积掺量聚丙烯(PP)单丝纤维自密实混凝土的工作性、抗压强度和劈裂强度.研究表明:在不改变原有自密实混凝土配合比的情况下,PP纤维体积掺量不宜超过0.10%(体积份数);适当提高胶凝材料和高效减少剂的用量是改善纤维自密实工作性有效途径,并且可以提高纤维的掺量0.15%(体积份数);纤维对自密实混凝土的抗压强度影响较小,最优配合比下PP纤维自密实混凝土较普通自密实混凝土劈裂强度提高24%.

Abstract:The effects of different addition(by volume) of polypropylene(PP) fiber on workability and strength of self-consolidate concrete(SCC) were investigated,by which the optimized proportion of PP fiber ratio was gotten.The results show that,the addition of PP fiber in SCC should be appropriately equal or less than 0.10%(by volume) under the condition of constant mix proportion of other materials in SCC;the fiber volume fraction and workability of fiber reinforced self-consolidate concrete compared(FRSCC) can be improved effectively by increasing powder ratio and admixture ratio,which can make the maximum fiber content to 0.15%(by volume);contrary to the its influence on workability,the addition of PP fiber have little influence on compressive strength,but the splitting strength of FRSCC with 0.15% PP fiber under the optimized mix proportion can be improved by 40% than normal SCC.
