| Abstract: | Based on the research and discussing about the clause of wing-in-ground craft(WIG) in the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea,1972(COLREGS),the author raises and clears the obligation of anti-collision when WIG meets other vessels,and puts forwards some necessary suggestions to the COLREGS. |
