车用柴油机ECU的电磁兼容性分析与设计

摘    要:为了提高基于高速电磁阀的PPVI电控柴油喷射系统的电子控制单元(ECU)的电磁兼容性(EMC),本文在该电控系统的ECU软硬件结构的基础上,分析和探讨了车用柴油机的电磁环境与ECU的相互影响。接着对该ECU的电磁兼容性进行了有效设计,并着重解决了ECU的抗干扰性能。PPVI系统的台架试验结果表明,ECU的抗干扰性能完全能够适应车用柴油机的电磁环境。

Abstract:To improve the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the ECU on the high speed solenoid based PPV1 diesel fuel injection system, the mutual influence between the electromagnetic environment of vehicles and the ECU is analyzed and discussed. To ensure the anti-interference capability of the ECU, the EMC design of the ECU is carried out. The test results of PPVI system on engine bench verify the good anti interference capabiligy of the ECU on diesel vehicles.
