| Abstract: | Technological resources and economic resources are apart in two systems, constructing U/I knowledge alliance will be the trends. In the university-enterprise knowledge alliance, cooperative innovation process is affected by many factors. From the cooperative innovation mechanism of U/I knowledge alliance, in virtue of the thought of Cobb-Douglas ,the mode of cooperative innovation feat in university-enterprise knowledge alliance were also put forward. |
