| 摘 要： | 独立学院的出现顺应了大众化的教育的潮流。扩招导致的教育膨胀使得母体学校教师数量紧缺,独立学院教师更是捉襟见肘。在这一背景下,独立学院教师的泛化已是一种必然。为避免泛化的消极因素,发扬其积极因素,本文对未来的教师教育提出以下对策与建议。
