摘    要:利用时域脉冲反射测量(TDR)技术设计的高精度液位测量仪,实时测出船舶各个位置的吃水,计算不同吃水状态下的剪力、弯矩、稳性,并且在稳性不佳时提供最优的稳性调整方案,以此实现船舶稳性的实时监控.该系统结构严谨,测量精度高,做到人机交换,操作简单方便,解决了传统方法的设备笨重、计算时间滞后、计算量大、不直观等缺陷.

Abstract:Using the high precision apparatus for the liquid level position designed by the technology of Time Domain Reflection(TDR),the different sea gauges of the ship in real time are measured,the shearing force,bending moment and stability is computed under different sea gauges,and an optimal scheme for adjusting the ship stability to realize real-time monitoring of ship stability when it is poor.The precise configuration of the system,high survey precision,manmachine and easy operation settle the defects such as unwieldy equipment,lag computation time,great and not intuitionistic computational complexity etc.
