| Abstract: | This paper describes how separated out the vehicle license images from the complicated background images, divided the plates through image preprocessing and effective regional location algorithm of the vehicle license. By the latest digital image processing and recognition technology to identify and segmentation of the characters in the license plate,analysis of the various methods of achieving automatic identification number plate. |
