船舶甚高频电台模拟器的研制与应用

摘    要:阐述了利用FLASH CS、Flash媒体服务器FMS(Flash Media Server)研制开发船舶VHF(Very High Frequency)电台模拟器的必须性。结合VHF电台在海上遇险通信、日常通信及各种DSC(Digital Selective Calling)呼叫与应答以及设备操作的实际过程,详细介绍了以FMS为通信服务器,以FlashCS为VHF模拟器客户端开发工具,基于RTMP(Real-Time Message Protocol)协议,采用ActionScript语言开发并实现VHF电台模拟器间高效稳定的数字通信、语音通信功能的主要思想及方法。
