| 摘 要： | 公私合作(PPP)模式有效解决了政府部门在轨道交通建设方面资金不足的问题,但因其组织结构复杂、时间跨度长、牵扯面广而使潜在风险巨大.对PPP项目融资过程中的风险进行了分析,对其如何分担、管理进行了阐述.通过分析风险管理的概念、过程和框架,以及相应的风险防范与管理对策,为PPP模式在城市轨道交通中的应用提供有益的帮助.
