摘    要:现有气体管道泄漏检测技术中,多采用打孔装表的感测方式,这不仅给被测量带来影响,还会造成新的安全隐患.针对上述问题,文中提出了一种非介入式的气体管道泄漏检测方法,采用压电声波传感器,粘贴在气体金属管道外壁,检测管道内部气体介质传播的低频泄漏声波信号.介绍了实验平台的搭建方法,并通过实验验证了这种方法的可行性.这种非介入式...

Abstract:Using the instruments installed in the pipelines by perforating is an important means of sensing in gas pipeline leak detection.But this method not only affects the measurement but also creates new security risks.Aiming at these problems above,a non-intrusive gas pipeline leak detection method is presented:piezoelectric acoustic sensors are chosen and pasted on the metal gas pipe outer wall to measure the low-frequency acoustic leakage signal which was propagated by the gas flowing in the pipeline.The build...
