摘    要:全柔性沥青路面在广东省首次使用,采用了沥青稳定碎石上基层+级配碎石下基层+半刚性底基层的组合式基层、厚沥青层的新型沥青路面结构。该路段的弯沉控制指标采用HPDS2011计算值和设计文件设计值;其中路基顶面弯沉值共测试了1358组数据,合格率为100%;水泥稳定碎石基层顶面共测试了1276组数据,合格率为84.64%;级配碎石基层顶面共测试了1426组数据,合格率分别为31.98%和22.44%;至于路表弯沉共测试了1076组数据,合格率分别为0;采用原设计文件和软件计算值不能完成对柔性基层及相应面层的弯沉判定,需另外采取指标。

Abstract:The first use of flexible asphalt pavement in Guangdong Province adopted the new kind of asphalt pavement structure with asphalt stabilized gravel upper base + graded crushed stone lower base + macadam semi rigid subbase and thick asphalt layer. HPDS2011 calculation and design values from design document have been used as deflection control index. As among the 1358 group of data of deflection value for the subgrade surface, the qualified rate is 100% ; while among the 1276 group of data for cement stabilized macadam base top surface, the qualified rate is 84.64% ; and among the 1426 group of data for graded crushed stone base top surface, the qualified rates were respectively 31.98% and 22.44% ; but among the 1076 group of data for pavement surface, the qualified rate is 0; the deflection value cannot be judged on the basis of the original design document and software calculation, and some other index shall be considered.
