半刚性基层快修水泥稳定碎石材料的试验研究

摘    要:水泥稳定碎石是路面维修工程中常用的半刚性基层维修材料,具有施工简便、性能稳定的优点,但其强度形成需要较长时间,维修时对道路运营和社会出行造成了较大影响。为在短期内提高修补基层的强度,缩短维修工期,采用硫铝酸盐水泥和自行开发的外掺剂配制了早强水泥稳定碎石材料。试验结果表明,研制的早强水泥稳定碎石24h的强度即能达到基层通车所需的最低强度要求,适用于半刚性基层快速维修。

Abstract:Cement stabilized macadam has been widely used for pavement maintenance as semi-rigid base repair material due to its advantages as simple construction and stable performance, however, considering quite a long period of time needed for curing to form the required strength, negative impact on highway management and traffic has been arisen. In order to improve the strength of the repaired base rapidly and shorten the construction period, this study has developed the rapid hardening cement stabilized macadam with sulphoaluminate cement and independently-developed admixture. The test results have indicated that the 24h compressive strength of rapid- hardening cement stabilized macadam can meet the requirements for being open to traffic, so, it is suitable for rapid semi-rigid base repair works.
