摘    要:为降低单一评价方法对同一对象的评价结论存在的误差,基于Shapley值方法选择多种评价方法对航运业发展进行评价,得出最佳博弈评价方法的权重以降低误差。对2012—2016年福建省航运业进行评价的案例结果显示:不同评价方法的计算结论存在差异,Shapley值变权方法能有效地降低不同评价方法造成的误差,提高评价结论的精确度。基于Shapley值变权方法对航运业发展进行评价具有较好的创新性和应用价值。

Abstract:The multiple evaluation methods based on Shapley value weight is proposed to reduce the possible error of individual evaluation method in performing shipping industry development evaluation. Each best game evaluation method is given a weight according to the Shapley value when combining the results from the evaluation methods. This method is used for studying Fujian shipping industry from 2012 to 2016. The analysis shows that the combining scheme gives more accurate evaluation than any individual evaluation method. The innovative evaluation of shipping industry development with Shapley value weight is of better application value.
