摘    要:为了满足低碳出行的要求,从优化线网的角度建立了基于低碳理念的公交线网双层优化模型。其中,上层模型是一个以乘客总出行时间最短、能源消耗最小、温室气体和污染物排放最少为目标的公交线网优化模型,下层模型是一个改进的Logit路径选择客流分配模型。针对建立的模型,给出了运用遗传算法求解公交线网双层优化模型的方法和步骤。并用算例说明了所建立模型与求解算法的合理性与可行性。

Abstract:A bi-level model is proposed for optimizing transit route and network based on the notion of low-carbon.The upper-level model optimizes the transit route/network in order to minimize the total travel time of all passengers,energy consumption,greenhouse gases and pollutant emissions.On the other hand,at the lower-level model,an improved transit user assignment model is used,which is based on a revised Logit route choice model.Genetic algorithm is used to solve the bi-level model proposed.An example is also given to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
