我国进入老龄化社会的城市交通对策

当前我国已步入老龄社会,城市交通系统面临着新的挑战。文中从老龄化社会面临的交通问题出发,在总结老年群体出行特征基础上,分析目前城市交通系统存在的一些问题。同时参考国外经验,对处于老龄化社会的城市交通系统从公共交通的发展、无障碍设施的建设、老年人安全意识的教育及驾驶员培训和审验制度的完善等几个方面提出了对策和建议。各相关部门应着力推进适应老龄社会的城市交通系统的建设,维护老年人交通权益,进一步提高我国城市交通对社会老龄化的适应性。

Urban Transport Strategies of Aging Society in China

At present,China has entered the aging society.As a result,urban transport system is facing new challenges.In this paper,urban transport system problems in aging society are presented based on the analysis of elder＇s travel characteristics.After foreign experiences are reviewed,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the urban transport system of aging society,which include public transport development,construction of barrier-free facilities,safety education for elder,public training,certification system improvement for old drivers,and others.The government has the responsibility to speed up the construction of relevant urban transport facilities to consider elder＇s specific demand and give them enough protection.The findings of this paper may enhance the adaptability of urban transport system to the aging society.
