摘    要:柴油机在运行过程,曲轴受到复杂的扭振和各种交变应力,容易造成疲劳断裂。曲轴的断裂事故具有突发性,事故一旦发生具有毁灭性的破坏。文中就如何应用磁记忆技术对柴油机曲轴实施在线检测进行研究。

Abstract:Crankshaft is one of the most important components in diesel engine,which is high-cost.Crankshaft is easy to crack when it receives complicated stress and all kinds of vibration-rotation during the running of diesel engine.The occurrence of crack will lead to ruinous destruction.This paper researches on applying the magnetism memory technology to detecting the fault of crank shaft on-line.
