| 摘 要： | 航空应急投送能力建设是部队投送能力建设的重要组成部分，是未来战争不可或缺的重要支撑，更是目前我军军队威慑能力建设的重要内容之一。介绍了部队航空应急投送的特点和意义，分析了部队航空应急投送的现状和需求，指出了制约部队航空应急投送的主要因素，提出了建立军地一体化的航空应急投送指挥机构，以及加紧大飞机的自主研制、提高空管系统应急能力、完善机场基础设施建设等拓宽应急投送运力资源的几点建议。
