| 摘 要： | 针对早期采用传统控制系统存在的不足,以某轮废气锅炉为例,根据该轮蒸汽系统的技术要求与废气锅炉的运行特点,开发以台达DVP14ES00R2 PLC的自动控制系统,提高了该废气锅炉运行过程中的精确控制、节约耗能和抗干扰等方面的要求.

| Abstract: | In allusion to the defects in the early use of the traditional control system, taking a round exhaust boiler as an example, and according to the technical requirements of the wheel steam system and the exhaust gas boiler operation characteristics, the development of the automatic control system based on DVP14ESOOR2 PLC is presented in the paper, which improves on the precise control to the exhaust gas boiler with characteristics such as saving energy and anti-interference, etc. |
