| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了一种室温同化、低模量、高伸长率硅酮密封胶。其固化后邵氏硬度约为10．100%拉伸模量约为0．21MPa,伸长率达1250%,并具有良好的施工性能。这种密封胶对混凝土具有牢同的粘接性,位移能力达50级,主要用于道路、桥梁、机场、防洪防水堤坝、市政广场、体育场馆等混凝土建筑接缝(伸缩缝)的密封,具有长久防水密封效果。

| Abstract: | The article introduces a room-temperature curing,low modulus and high elongation of RTV silicone sealant.After cured,its hardness(Shore A)is about 10,the tensile modulus at 100% is about 0.21 Mpa,the elongation rate is 1250% and it has the good construction performance.This specialized sealant has the excellent adhesion.The displacement capability is up to Class 50.This sealant is mainly applied in the sealing of the concrete building joints (expansion joint)of road, bridge,airport,flood control watertight embankment,municipal administration square,gymnasiums and other concrete constructions with the long-term watertight sealing result. |
