硅酸铝纤维增强复合材料的耐磨性

摘    要:针对发动机活塞的磨损特点,分别在高温、高负荷、高速度和高频冲等条件下,将常用的ZL109活塞材料和高镍奥氏体铸铁镶圈材料与硅酸铝纤维增强ZL109复合材料进行了磨损对比试验,结果表明,复合材料的耐磨性优于ZL109和铸铁镶圈材料。

Abstract:Wear test of commonly used ZI,109 piston alloy in comparison with high nickle austenitic casting insert ring material and ZI,109 composite material strengthened by aluminum siltcate fiber(4.5% fiber in volume)is carried out in light of the wear feature of engine piston under the condition of high temperature,high load,high speed and high frequency impact respectively.The result of test reveals that wearability of composite material is more superior than that of ZL109 and casting insert ring material.
