摘    要:高频率的脉冲梁系统是现代高等级沥青摊铺机的一项重要技术,作为高性能熨平板系统的核心技术之一,其在沥青路面施工中的预压实作用已得到了广泛的共识,在新的高速公路施工工艺条件下,更能体现其在摊铺路面底层和面层时的预压实优势.对某品牌摊铺机的脉冲梁压实系统进行研究和测试,为开发高性能熨平板提供重要的数据参考.

Abstract:The high-frequency pulse beam system is an important technology for modern high-grade asphalt paver. As one of the core technology of high performance screed system, it has a broad consensus upon the pre-compaction effect in asphalt pavement construction. Under the new highway construction process conditions, it can reflect the advantages of pre-compaction at the bottom and the surface layer of pavement construction. In this paper, pulse beam compaction system of a paver is researched and tested to provide the important reference data for the development of high-performance screed.
