| Abstract: | Selecting a good CTI software product is the key to the success of a CTI application. Currently, three types of CTI software products can be purchased in the market, that is, CTI standalone application, CTI middleware, and CTI application development platform. This paper analyses the features of these categories of products, and gives a brief introduction to their development history and prospect. Finally, it focuses on the advantages of CTI application development platform. |
