| Abstract: | International exchanges and cooperation of education in our country is growing now, thus this thesis, as a starting point to maritime vocational colleges, focusing on analyzing the dynamic mechanism and existing problems, and proposing several operational and feasible suggestions of developing international exchanges and cooperation in maritime vocational colleges. |
