超大断面越江盾构隧道结构设计与力学分析

摘    要:介绍了三车道公路超大断面越江盾构隧道结构的详细设计过程,包括内净空布置、衬砌结构形式与厚度、管片分块和幅宽以及拼装方式等;采用梁-弹簧模型模拟管片衬砌结构,并借助于有限元数值模拟方法进行了隧道结构的力学特性分析。结果表明:在不同的拼装方式下,管片衬砌结构的力学特性是不相同的;通缝拼装时,管片结构的变形较大,弯矩最小;错缝拼装则相反,轴力变化不大;同是错缝拼装,随着K块位置的不同,其力学特征也不相同。

Abstract:Based on a river-crossing shield tunnel for tri-lane highway super-large section,the structure design course of the tunnel was introduced,including the headroom layout design,lining structure types and the thickness,segment blocks and breadth and assembling way.The mechanical characteristic of the tunnel lining structure simulated by beam-spring model was analyzed with finite element method.Results show that the mechanical characteristic of the segment lining structure is different under different assembling ways.The deformation of the segment lining structure is big and moment is the smallest when using the straight assembling;while the deformation is small and moment is big when using the staggered assembling.The axial force is nearly equivalent under different assembling ways.The mechanical characteristics are unequal along with K block being at different places under the staggered assembling.
