摘    要:东海大桥为我国第一座在外海修建的跨海大桥,施工环境非常恶劣,箱梁采用预制安装方法施工。70m箱梁高4m,桥面宽15.05m,单片梁重约2000t,为避免在预制场内使用特大型起吊设备,采用高住预制法预制箱梁。主要介绍箱梁高位预制方法的设计思想、台座布置、箱梁模板形式、箱梁滑移设备及方案的比选。

Abstract:The East China Sea Bridge is the first bridge having ever been built in China off-sea where the construction environment is very harsh. The 70-m box girder of the Bridge is 4 m in depth, bridge deck is 15.05 m in width and weight per girder is about 2 000 t, which will be assembled with segmental precast method. To minimize the usage of large lifting equipment in the precasting yard, the box girders will be precast on high-level precasting bed. In this paper, the design considerations, layout of precasting bed, types of formwork for the box girders, and selection of launching equipment and schemes are described.
