铁路信号系统安全功能及安全保障措施研究

摘    要:采用故障树分析方法,选取列车冲突、列车脱轨、相关人员伤亡等3个顶事件,系统分析影响行车安全和乘客安全的危险源。在总结铁路信号系统已实现的安全功能基础上,提出利用信号系统遍布中心、车站、轨旁和车上的完整传感信息,通过专业间协同、车地信息综合集成的方式扩展信号系统的安全功能。面向安全功能扩展,分析信号系统在物理安全、信息安全和功能安全等方面存在的威胁和问题,提出利用物联网、安全云、系统级故障—安全结构等安全保障措施来全方位提升信号系统的安全性。

Abstract:In this paper,Fault Tree Analysis method is used to systematically analyze the risk sources that affect the safety of train operation and passenger safety,with train confl ict,train derailment and related casualties as the three top events.After summarizing the in-place safety related functionalities of railway signaling system,the paper proposes to extend the safety related functions of signaling system through the way of inter-discipline collaboration and comprehensive integration of train-ground information by using the complete sensing information of signaling system distributed all over the center,station,trackside and train.In order to meet the higher safety requirements,this paper analyzes the threats and problems existing in the physical security,information security and functional safety of the signaling system,and proposes to use safeguard measures including Internet of Things,Safety Cloud,system level fail-safe architecture to improve the safety and security of the signaling system.
