粉末冶金TiAl基合金排气门的研制

摘    要:与常用的钢质排气门相比,TiAl基合金排气门的耐高温,抗磨损,抗氧化和导热性等性能更好,而且质量减轻一半,本采用元素Ti,Al粉末混合,冷等静压和径向热压相结合的工艺,制备出高径比为10.7,密度为3.79g/cm^3的粉末冶金TiAl基合金汽车发动机排气门,为制备合格的TiAl基合金排气门探索了一条新的途径,同时指出,要大范围应用TiAl在排气门必须降低其成本。

Abstract:Compared with common steel exhaust valve, TiAl base alloy exhaust valve has hatter high-tempera-ture resistance,better wear resistance,better oxidation resistance and better thermal conductance,and of a half masslighter. One powder metallurgy TiAl base alloy engine exhaust valve for motor vehicle, whose ratio of height to diam-eter is 10.7 and density is 3.79 g/cm3,has been made from mixed powder of Ti and Al with a cold isostaticpressing process in conjunction with a radial hot pressing process. One new method to make qualified TiAl base al-loy exhaust valve has been found. It is indicated at the same time that cost reduction has to be done to apply Ti-Al base alloy exhaust valve widely.
