| 摘 要： | 针对近来高等院校腐败案件多发的现实,简要阐述了在高等院校构建惩治和预防腐败体系的必要性和紧迫性,并切合实际地提出了高校构建惩防体系必须遵循与高校建设发展战略目标相一致等四条原则。文章还具体提出了高校惩防体系建设的思路。
