概述了城市公交车透明玻璃车顶的设计过程。在充分考虑了各种影响因素,分析了该设计的可行性、实用性等之后,对EQ6110公交车顶部框架为基础进行重新结构布局,并运用CATIA建立了三维实体模型。通过布置于顶部的玻璃来达到设计意图,即有效增加公交车内采光度、可视角度和面积,从而改善公交车的乘坐环境。

Design of Transparent Glass Roof for City Bus

The design process of transparent glass roof for the city bus was summarized.Based on the top frame of EQ6110 bus,the configurable layout was renewed and three-dimensional entity model was set up by using CATIA.The design intention was achieved by the glass laid on the top of the bus to increase the daylighting-degree and visibility-degree in the bus efficiently and improve the ride environment of the city bus.
