| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the management of the communication engineering facilities for national defense, the paper points out problems existing in our present management work such as the incompleteness of our managing organs, weakness in technical force, and the imperfectness of our managing systems, with some reform thinking ways, and new ideas on the reform of the managing systems and mechanism, working mechanisms, and laws and rules suggested. Corresponding countermeasures on promoting the reform are also put forward in the paper. |
