柴油机瞬态试验循环的线性回归分析

摘    要:介绍了柴油机排放的瞬态试验循环,引入了试验循环有效性判断的依据,并就某6缸发动机的瞬态试验循环进行了线性回归分析研究。在允许点删除前后、不同时间延迟及设定量设置值和执行值不同情况下针对转速、扭矩和功率循环特征参数进行了线性回归分析。结果表明:在包括允许删除工况点的条件下,负扭矩工况点对线性回归分析结果影响较大;设定值和实际反馈值的线性回归分析存在最佳延迟时间;试验过程中设定量的执行值偏离设置值使实际试验循环偏离目标试验循环较远,以致循环有效性不能得到正确评价。

Abstract:The transient cycle of diesel emission was introduced,the reference of test cycle validity was put forward and the linear regression analysis of a 6-cylinder engine transient test cycle was carried out.For different selected operating conditions,different delay time and different configured and executed reference values,the regression analysis of speed,torque and power was done.The results show that the negative torque has greater influence on regression analysis in the premise of including permitted deleting conditions.In addition,the linear regression analysis results between reference value and actual value depend on the optimal delay time.During the experiment,the deviation of executed reference value from configured reference value makes the actual test cycle be far from the reference test cycle and finally the test cycle validity cannot be evaluated accurately.
