共轭曲面第二类问题的数字仿真

摘    要:已知两曲面,在既定的位置条件下,求传动的接触域及速比关系属于共轭曲面的第二类问题,也是该领域的难点问题之一,用传统的方法解决起来非常复杂.论文提出一种数字仿真新方法,以现代计算技术为手段,可充分模拟包含位置误差因素在内的齿面的真实接触,并获得实际速比关系.论述其原理与计算过程,并给出阿基米德蜗杆传动的具体算例.

Abstract:It is the 2nd problem of conjugate surface that solve the bearing contact of gear and the gear ratio relation under given position with two known surfaces. It is also one of the most difficult problems of this field, and to solve it with traditional method is very complicated. The article proposed a new method of numerical simulation on the basis of the modern computing technology, and it could completely simulate the real contact of the gear surfaces that contains position errors, and obtain real gear ratio relation. The principal and the computing process are analyzed, and gave the concrete computing example of the Archimedean worm gear is presented.
