摘    要:通过分析当超级电容器的等效串联内阻与负载阻值接近时直流升压电路的特点,推导出该电路的最大升压比表达式,从而确定系统能保证电网电压恒定工作的超级电容器两端的最低电压。最后用MATLAB/Simulink对模型进行仿真,验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:This paper provides a detailed theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the BOOST converter circuit when the equivalent series resistance of super- capacitor is approach the resistance of load. The expression is presented to calculate the maximum voltage rise ratio and the lowest voltage of super- capacitor which can make the voltage of output become a constant. In the end, a simulation model is set up by MATLAB/Simulink to confirm the validity of the theoretical analysis.
