振动噪声信号在发动机转速提取中的运用

摘    要:在汽车NVH试验分析过程中,发动机转速通常是一个非常重要的参考信号,而传统汽车发动机的转速是通过转速表测量给出的。文章通过对某汽车发动机升速过程中的振动和噪声信号进行分析,从中提取发动机的转速信号,并与转速表所得转速信号进行了比对,验证了所提取转速信号的准确性。该方法利用汽车振动和噪声与发动机转速间的内在联系,借助数字信号处理技术以获取相应发动机转速,从而更方便快捷地得到汽车发动机的转速信号。

The Application of Vibration Noise Signal Analysis in Engine Speed Obtaining
Abstract:During the analysis process of automotive NVH test,engine speed is usually used as an important reference signal.Conventionally,the engine speed is measured and acquired by a tachometer.In this paper,based on vibration and noise signal analysis of a car engine in the accelerating process,the speed of the engine is extracted.The accuracy of the obtained speed signal has been validated by comparing with the speed signal which is acquired from tachometer.By utilizing the inherent relationship of engine noise and speed,and using the signal digital processing technology,the homologous engine speed has been obtained.This method has provided a more convenience way to obtain the engine speed signal of automobile.
