| 摘 要： | 风险存在于企业生产经营活动的全过程。企业资金链的断裂会使企业陷入困境甚至破产。所以防范化解企业财务风险尤为重要。企业应通过保持合理的资金结构、加强现金流量的预测、合理安排借款和还款计划、回避或转移风险等措施防范企业的财务风险。

| Abstract: | Risks extensively exist, all along, in business operation of enterprises. Enterprise will be stuck in stagnation and even bankruptcy if capital chain is broken. So the precaution of financial risk turns out urgently. Discussion is made on how to hold a reasonable capital structure, to predict cash flow duly, to make the plans of loan, and to avoid or transfer financial risks. |
