基于有限元分析的客车振动试验研究

摘    要:在ANSYS中建立客车骨架的有限元板梁单元模型,并通过电测试验验证;利用ANSYS软件对客车整车进行有限元模态分析,谐响应验证分析;最后通过实车行驶振动试验,验证模态分析和谐响应分析的正确性。

Abstract:The finite element model of the bus/coach body with shell and beam elements is built in the ANSYS software,and the validity of the finite element model is proved by the electric stress test. The modal analysis and the harmonic response analysis which verifies the modal analysis of whole bus/coach are performed with the finite element model by using the ANSYS. Last,the bus/coach running vibration test results verify the modal and harmonic response analysis are correct.
