摩托车排气净化方案的选择与实施

摘    要:采用电喷系统、微电子控制系统、增设催化转化器、化油器与发动机的精确匹配、实现较稀可燃混合气的燃烧等方法,是降低排气污染的几种有效方法。经过实验证明,采用催化转化器净化排放污染效果明显;消声器补气不如缸头补气效果好;把摩托车排放污染有关零部件作为一个系统工程通盘考虑,是更好解决摩托车排气净化的科学方案。

Abstract:Employing the electronic fuel injection system,micro-electronic control system,catalystic conventer,accurate matching of carburetor and engine and combustion of leaner mixed gas are effective in reducing emissions.Experience show that application of catalystic converter is the best way;the use of silencer supplementary-air is not as good as cylinder head supplimentary-air;if taking the parts related to motorcycle emission control as a system engineering into account,it will be a better scientific solution to the emission control.
