摘    要:应用肺癌增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组化和核仁组成区(AgNOR)胶银染色法对比观察60例肺癌。结果表明,PCNA增殖指数(PI)与AgNOR计数均能较敏感的反应细胞增殖活性,且两者具有一定的线性相关性,其数量变化均与肺癌分型分级有关。结果还提示,PCNA与AgNOR均可作为肺癌分级诊断的参数,并可作为常规推广普及。

Abstract:The expression of PCNA and AgNOR counts in 60 cases of primary lung cancer was studied by using immunostaining of monoclonal antibody (PC-10) and silver-staining methods. The results showed that the proliferating index(PI) of PCNA positive ce1ls was linearly re1ated to AgNOR counts- Both can sensitively reflect cellular proliferating reactivity. These were also correlated with the histological type and differentiation of lung cancer.The results suggest that immunostaining of PCNA and AgNOR may be useful parameter in differential diagnosis of lung cancer. Therefore, our results indicate that immunostaining of PCNA and AgNORare valuable in popularizing application as routine.
