基于ADAMS/CAR四连杆式非独立悬架建模与仿真

摘    要:应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS的Car专业模块建立了某车的四连杆式非独立悬架多体系统仿真模型,并对模型进行仿真分析和计算。调整上、下推力杆的安装位置后再次进行仿真分析和计算,得出上、下推力杆的安装位置对车辆性能的影响,为汽车悬架系统研发提供一种有效的现代化手段。

Abstract:The multi-body system simulation model was built of one car's four-bar non-independent suspension with the Mechanical System dynamical simulation software,ADAMS/CAR,and the simulation analysis and calculation were made focus on the model.The simulation analysis and calculation were done again after adjusting the fixing place of the up/down push-bar,the influence of the fixing place of the up/down push-bar on vehicle performance was educed,providing an effective and modern measure for research and development of the car suspension.
