| 摘 要： | 本文研究认为，技术创新的动力基础在于其风险利益。即技术创新风险本质上是一种风险利益，经济主体之所以愿意承担技术创新巨大的风险，原因就在于技术创新背后巨大的风险利益。而这一理论，为技术创新金融支持等制度安排提供了依据与设计指导。基于上述分析本文建立了包含金融要素的技术创新动力机制模型。
