盾构施工中泡沫掺量对土体改良效果的试验研究

摘    要:在地铁建设中盾构施工的应用日益广泛,泡沫作为一种优质改良剂也越来越多地被应用到土体改良中。上海6号土具有较高的黏性,为了在上海6号土中顺利地进行盾构施工,在施工中需要添加泡沫进行改良。以上海6号土为材料,进行了一系列直剪试验,通过分析泡沫对黏聚力的影响,得出在上海6号土中泡沫掺量在30%到40%之间比较合适。

Test Study on Effect of Foam Content on Soil Improvement in Shield Construction
Abstract:Shield is widely applied in subway construction, and foam, as a high-quality amendment, is used more and more frequently for soil improvement. The soil at Shanghai Line 6 has a high viscosity, so it is necessary to add foam in the shield construction therein in order to ensure the smooth work. With a series of direct shear test which took the soil at Shanghai Line 6 as the material, this paper analyzed the effect of foam on the cohesion, and then concluded that the foam content in the soil herein is appropriate between 30 % and 40 %.
