基于SWOT分析的产业发展战略选择

产业发展的战略选择是关系到中国产业发展和经济改革取向的重大理论,本文尝试以安泰科技非晶带材为例,从微观视角探讨产业战略选择方式。安泰科技作为非晶变压器上游原材料的唯一国产厂商,在国家"十二五"规划中提出的优化能源结构、能减排法规、推动节能减排设备应用的政策推动下,即将面临非晶带材跨越式发展阶段。如何有效发挥内部优势,抓住外部机遇,是非晶带材急需考虑的问题,本文运用SWOT分析方法,分析非晶带材的内部优势、劣势,外部机会、威胁,并在探讨采用定性分析的基础上,提出相应战略选择建议。

Strategic Selection for Industrial Development Based On SWOT Analysis

Strategic selection for industrial development is a critical theory related to Chinese industrial development and orientation of economic reform. The paper attempts to take amorphous ribbon made by Advanced Technology and Matericals Co., Ltd （AT＆M） as an example and explore way to select industri-al strategic from the micro perspective. National “12th Five-year Plan” has raised the policy to optimize energy structure, promote equipment and regulation for energy conservation and emission reduction. Under those policies, AT＆M will be confronted with development by leaps and bounds as a unique domestic sup-plier for amorphous transformers in upstream materials industry. The most important problem for amor-phous ribbon is how to make full use of internal advantages and grasp opportunities. The paper will take SWOT to analyze strength, weakness, opportunity and threat on amorphous and put forward the suggestion for strategic selection based on qualitative analysis.
