| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了我国矿业项目融资的特点,然后就我国矿业项目目前的几种融资方式进行了比较分析,最后提出在项目的不同阶段,选择不同的融资方式;不同主体,选择不同的融资方式;加强"项目融资"在我国的应用;改善融资环境等建议,以期对我国矿业企业进行融资和政府机关制定相关政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | This article has first analyzed our country mining industry project financing characteristic, then has carried on the comparative analysis on our country mining industry project at present several financing way, finally proposed in the project different stage, chooses the different financing way;The different main body, chooses the different financing way;Enhancement"project financing"in our country's application;Suggestions and so on improvement financing environment, carries on financing and the governmental agency by the time to Our country Mining industry Enterprise formulates the correlation policy to provide the basis. |
