基于MSC.Fatigue的三体船连接桥疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:提取三体船连接桥典型结构,通过基于S-N曲线的全寿命分析法,对三体船连接桥强度和疲劳寿命进行定性分析,得到连接桥的应力云图和疲劳寿命云图.通过仿真分析,比较几种不同的连接桥加强方式,认为在连接桥结构加强中采用添加局部横舱壁是一种较好的抗疲劳措施.

Abstract:The calculation model of the cross-structures of a trimaran was established to analyze its fatigue life qualitatively.By using the life cycle analytic method based on the S-N curve,the distribution of stresses and fatigue life of the cross-structures was calculated in MSC/Fatigue.After comparative analysis of several kinds of ways and means to strengthen the cross-structures of trimaran,the authors concluded that the partial transverse bulkhead was a good anti-fatigue measure.
