| Abstract: | With the growing popularity of Intemet, the issue of Intemet security and intemet crime become boomed and complicated. Meanwhile it is a new type of crime, which is different from traditional crimes. It is no doubt that this type of crime is difficult to deal with. This paper try to analysis its specific characteristics , hoping to provide judicial bodies and common people certain references. |
