高速轮轨关系试验台的数字样机研究

摘    要:应用CAE系统进行轮轨关系试验台的数字样机研究。通过CATIA三维建模软件建立轮轨关系试验台CAD模型,应用ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件建立轮轨关系试验台的机构运动模型,应用多体摩擦接触元件建立轮轨接触摩擦模型。应用高速轮轨关系试验台数字样机进行轮轨黏着的数字试验研究。仿真研究结果为轮轨关系试验台的技术方案及其关键技术参数的选取提供了技术支持。

Abstract:This paper has applied CAE software to research on digital prototype.At first,CAD model of the test rig by CATIA software is build,and the dynamics model of the test rig has been established in ADAMS multi-body dynamics simulation software.Then the frictional contact model of wheel/rail has been finished by applying multi-body friction contact element.At last,numerical adhesion experiment has been done in the digital prototype.The result of simulation provides technical support for technical project and the choice of key technical parameters.
