沥青混合料级配优化设计

摘    要:以美国加州承载比CBR和骨料间隙率VCA为设计参数对粗集料级配进行试验研究,根据嵌挤密实的原则,给出细集料级配确定方法,提出以体积法确定粗、细集料合成比例,并利用骨架接触度对矿料级配进行性能评价。该方法应用于承唐高速公路唐山段并获得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Based on the design parameters of California beating ratio( CBR ) and void of concrete aggregate ( VCA ), the experimental investigation of coarse aggregate is carried out. According to dense filling principle, in this paper the method of determining fine aggregate grading is given, the idea of determining the mixing ratio by volumetric method is presented, and the performance evaluation of mineral aggregate by using skeleton contact is conducted. This method has been applied to the Tangshan section of Chengde-Tangshan highway project and better results have been obtained.
